Hi, I’m Katie! A baker, cake decorator, and content creator based in North London.

I specialise in romantic vintage-style cakes with clean designs and subtle floral details. My focus is on buttercream, and I’ve developed a step-by-step course, e-classes, and an e-book to help other cakers master it.

I also run a subscription that includes exclusive recipes, business tips, and behind-the-scenes content from my bakery.

Alongside my own projects, I collaborate with brands to create PR cakes and mailers, and I love filming content for brands I genuinely use and trust.
